I live the suburbs of Chicago, IL. I am blessed to be married to my wife Dawn and father to Amelia Grace. I have been playing competitive Backgammon since 1995 and have been a regular on the ABT since 2003. In 2011 I took over as Director of the Chicago Open, an ABT tournament over the final weekend in May each year. 2013 will be the 33rd Chicago Open and the main tournament is now run under a “More Swiss” format. The event will also feature the 2nd Giants of Backgammon Invitational Tournament.
