I consider switching play which would cover our blot but it leaves gap on 5pt and gives Stick a chance for escaping and miss opportunity to bear in all our checkers and also bear off one.

I vote for 8/off 7/2(2). It left blot on ace point and three checkers on 6pt but I will send cube next turn anyway if Stick still dance.
