I think I usually mess up these positions. OTB I play 7/2(2) and 8/3(2)* and that's my vote (trying to keep myself honest) -- if Stick dances then there shouldn't be much problem getting the rest of our checkers in safely. That said, I imagine that 15/10 is the better play. And when you take into account that Stick owns the cube it's probably actually a blunder to play 7/2 instead of 15/10 given that some good rolls for Stick and an awkward roll or two for us could conceivably leave Stick redoubling us. My vote stays with the aggressive play but my advice is the safer play.
