Note that Binomial Distribution(Successes,Trials,PSuccess) is equivalent to the probability that a 1 dimensional random walk of Trials steps ends in a displacement Successes - (Trials - Successes) from the origin. PSuccess is the probability that the drunk stumbles in the positive direction on any given step.
