Everything I know suggests you are on a losing bet there even with a bigger skill difference between the players. A 6PR weaker player should win nearly 32% of 11 point matches. Since most of his wins will clearly be when he has plus luck factor, my expectation would be that he's winning maybe 60% of those matches.
