Hi Christian, I don't remember who (for all I know, it might have been me!) updated the wording, but if it keeps you from voting it was an unintended consequence. The criteria for your votes remain personal. Vote for who you think belongs on the list. We have rejected ballots, either because at the time the person voted they had failed to meet our (very minimal) requirements for eligibility, or because they failed to vote for at least sixteen players, but we have never rejected a vote because we thought the player receiving it was unqualified.
