Americans at 4.0 or below?

i will not say anything to not hyrth anyone's feelings, cause i have data for more of those players and they are far from getting avg bellow 4. Of course everyone will says online is one thing live is another, but i see players claiming they play live better, yes then i start recording live matches and situation is same. It is easy to play one match bellow 4, even casual player can do it, it is another thing to play bellow 4 on avg, this mean 75% of the matches bellow 4.I hardly believe there is more then 20 ameircans bellow 4 and this is in best case. 16-17 is my optimal guess. And thsi is still a lot maybe only Denamrk can fight this number
