Let me give you the why... you've got the equation e^bx = 10^cx and you are trying to solve for c.
e^(bx) = 10^(cx)
Take the base 10 log of both sides: log10(e^(bx)) = cx
Use a log of exponents/logs: bx log10(e) = cx
Solve for c: b log10(e) = c
