Funny.... In some of the tournaments in good old Europe, at 9.30 am, you can find players shaking and rolling dice in the playing room, STILL FROM THE PREVIOUS NIGHT SESSION !!!! There is no way you can run a T in Europe starting at 9.30 am. Noon or close to noon is the earliest you can risk to get acceptance for.
