Best Baffle Box Ever is now Available

It looks to me that the dice are propelled, left, right, forwards, which I imagine gives a decent tumble, but the 'paddles' (for want of a better word) seem flat. Shouldn't they be lipped to ensure the dice flip over and not just slide down?
Also, the dice appear to roll straight onto the board surface. Is it not possible to elevate the box so that they fall from a (albeit) slight height?
Finally. Noise. One or two being used is OK, dozens could be a nuisance. Can't a ribbed fabric be attached to the paddles to dampen down the rattling and give even better tumbling?
And really finally: I like baffle boxes and I like lipped cups . . . but I don't like both at the same time! So far as I am concerned you use one or the other. If you're so paranoid as to want to use both, seek help! :-)
