the enemy runner

Continuing previous post

A hairsplit between split (stay) or go.

The midgame position has one opponent runner in our garden. Running equalizes the prisoners and keeps a surplus on the midpoint to attack more serioulsy the opponent runner, should he fail to escape. The presense of this runner in our garden changes very much the spirit of the position. This enemy runner in our garden threatens to escape and make his front position flexible instead of brittle if the runner was back.
