I don't really think we don't really need a strict definition of blunder. It is useful when one is studying the game because you should define that threshold at a certain level, collect your errors of that size or greater, and work on them until you've cut them down enough that you can lower your own blunder threshold in order to collect more positions and repeat the process. Other than that, I'm happy with XG's generic definition for a blunder, .080. That is what I'm typically referring to when I say blunder.
