The 27% is white's cubless wins, yes?

No. The formula for converting KC to GWC (from player-on-roll's PoV) when KC <1 is wins = [sqrt(KC)*26.7 + 50]%. I rounded 26.7% to 27%.

Blue's cubeless wins were calculated as 67% which is close to the 2/3 cubeless GWC he needs to cash in this position, based upon the score and cube location. Note these calculations are always for cubeless wins, which in this case needs no cube ownership adjustment since White wins the match whenever he wins the game (and thus the cube is dead if he takes).
