Number 1:

When your opponent has made a good anchor, you need to make an anchor yourself before his prime gets too big. Even when the risk seems higher than normal.

Slotting and splitting (b/21 6/5) here doesn't seem right, because it's very risky and the 5-point has little relative value against a 4-anchor.

The main problem with the other slot is that it doesn't duplicate the building numbers, the 5 is the less useful number for white on the front.

Solution: b/21 24/23

Number 2:

After playing this move safe (8/3 6/2) the only move that gives problems on the next move is 31. On the other hand there are all doubles that make blue's life easier next move, and also the white doubles (D3 to D6), solve blue's problems.

When White plays a medium to high roll next move, blue rolls no 31, and white rolls another medium to high roll, the white board will have to give a little because white only has 15 free playable pips.

Solution: 8/3 6/2

Number 3:

The main differences with a normal blitz position are: White's 4-prime and the blue's checker on the bar. Both a relative plus for white. Besides that white is far ahead in the race. Blue's equity is somewhere around 0,25 I guess.

Solution: No Double
