Over the board, I make Christian’s play, O (Outer) = 11/10 8/4*.

Looking at Stick’s diagram, I saw an alternative that does not leave 3 blots. It is to switch points, P (Point) = 8/4* 5/4. You get the hit, you get a builder within direct range, and you leave just one blot, all for the price of a 5pt.
