13/9 looks like half the roll. That checker on the midpoint isn't doing anything there. [2(2) is inefficient and unnecessary -- there is time to build that point in its proper order.]

6/2 looks right if timing were not an issue. That gets us a 5-point board as quickly as possible.

8/6(2) is the other play I see. This caters to our shaky timing -- killing 6's (after next turn) until opp opens his barpoint. Spares on the 6-point are only a hindrance (IMO) when we want to kill 5's, but I think our timing isn't THAT bad. It's so much harder to win without the 6-point that preparing for that scenario seems even too pessimistic for a pessimist. With a bit of (unavoidable) QF:
