Thanks, Casper. A checker on the bar changes things a lot. Now the prime-v-prime strategy becomes a consideration.
13/7, 6/4 give Blue a chance to counterprime, and if the blot on the 3-point gets hit this turn, see my other post. :) It's not a great chance because White has outfield timing, even when the White checker on the bar enters and has trouble escaping. But White has even better timing is Blue can't counterprime.
Kamikaze (double or triple blotting in the homeboard) is a GP as well, counting on getting sent the bar and then staying there long enough to establish timing but not so long as to be unprepared when White eventually leaves a shot in the bearoff. This seems a bit too optimistic to me (OtB), but there's always QF lurking on this site.
