I would recommend for future questions perhaps using a scale of 1-10 for like/dislike. I think it would paint a more accurate picture than a simple like/dislike. For some of these formats it also obviously depends on whether you're talking about it as the main event or a side event. Some are dead obvious, others are not.

Single Elimination - It's ok. I'd rate it a 5 or maybe 'neutral' on what you have going.
Double Elimination - Like. A 7.
Combination Knockout - Really like in general from the sounds of it though the *hat* part of it is appalling to me. An 8.
Swiss - Love, a 9.
Speedgammon - Like.
Blitz - Okay, another neutral.
Knockout Doubles - Dislike because it sounds way too time consuming.
Doubles Double Elimination - Dislike only because it sounds way too time consuming.
Progessive Con - Like. It's fine, a 7.
Nackgammon - Strong, esp. clocked 5 point matches. An 8.
