To be honest Neil, your dislike of the format and your bad experience with it, comes from what sound like really bad planning and TDing, rather than the format itself. Combined with "quickies" not being clocked, correct?

(I don't like putting on all sorts of artificial rules, like the one I sketched earlier, I just wanted to point out, that it could be done in a pragmatic way that would work without really having to count...
