May I ask who did you consult from the DBgF?

Another thing that's a bit unclear to me, is the "position" of this document in the US. Is this document endorsed or accepted by USBgF or the ABT Tour?

I have a lot of comments to the actual contents of the document, but I'll read it thoroughly a second time before I post.

PS:
When I read the document, I got the impression that there should have been an attachment containing the actual clock rules, is that correct - or have I misunderstood something?
