Yes, I would like to see doubles from 1a scores disallowed. Bots have implemented that restriction, contrary to existing rules, with very little backlash. I'm not exactly sure where the philosophical distinction is between frozen doubling and disallowing other obvious mistakes. Perhaps it is that score-based cube restrictions are easy to define, whereas obvious hits are subjective. I also don't see a philosophical distinction between the proposed rule and the current rule, which disallows dropping to lose a match. (I do see technical reasons justifying the current rule though).
