Tournament Resignation Rule

Pretend your playing player A who wins about 20% of her/his matches.... she/he offers to resign the match when she/he is on roll with a direct shot off the bar. You don't accept. Then later in the same game she/he effective resigns a gammon when she/he could have taken a checker off but does not. She/he could have played on down 3a-1a if she/he had taken the checker off.

I had this situation a few weeks ago. I would say you have a moral obligation to splain the situation the first time.
