There's only one blot to hit for me and it's on the 23. [even more correct probably due to the score] Hitting bar/23* 20/16 allows you to leave no direct shots (unlike 6/4*) and still have an opportunity to pick up a third checker (unlike bar/21 20/18*). 6/4* I venture is wrong by the most ... too costly when hit, dupes your own 2s for hitting a 2nd blot and covering if you are missed, etc...
