"For each players turn in the Box, all doubling cubes start centered at 1 for the first game, centered at 2 for the second game, and centered at 4 for the third game."

What is the reason for some games being worth more? It definitely makes the tournament more luckboxish.

"Positions are redrawn after each segment (based on scores), with high score being first Box in the next segment"

It is never defined what is meant by a segment. My guess is that a segment is the 3 games that one player plays in the box and those are done consecutively. But then the use of the word first is strange. It could just say being Box in the next segment (and also should say as long as not had the box run yet)?

There seems to be an advantage in being the last person to have the box. That player could best look at endchoouette situations to win by a point or two.

" the aggrieved player (Box or Captain) may optionally take ownership of another cube (at the starting value) for which the offending player must then be liable, or demand and automatically receive a penalty from the offending player amounting to 1/2 of the original starting cube value."

The notion of aggrieved player is strange here. If one player gets an extra half point suddenly someone else may have become aggrieved if they were both close to first.
