24/22 is automatic. You have to anchor here.

13/11 (2) looks nice if you didn't have to play the last 2.

24/22, 13/11, 4/2*(2) looks the most promising as it brings down a builder for your 5 point, anchors in the back, and attacks one of white's blots.
