GNU 4 ply eval

Methinks I may have wimped this one up. The 2 ply eval clearly favors wimping but the stronger 4 ply which sees the tactics likes to pay off for a better position when not hit. Almost anytime the 4 ply significantly differs from 2 ply eval, the rollouts show that that the 4 ply play is even more correct. Rollout in the oven.. neilkaz ..
