I don't think there's any question about the take (one back, and a race lead and still a 5 point board against a broken prime with open 4 point, few builders yet, and one silly builder on the 3 point), so the Woolsey rule doesn't kick in for me.

Still the cup is more than half full, the builders come in next turn, we have some ways of hitting him if he should jump now, and his board is going going gone.
