Those are the two biggest, there are more stories which you can find by searching rec.games.backgammon. The big kicker for me was seeing Erik's story in action. At the time P65 had bought Kit's site, at the time gammonline (now gammonu), and they were in a weird period where Kit still had control over everything but then this happened and the shit hit the fan.

Kit eventually moved his site to another server & P65 took down everything derogatory that was related to them. Their support is LAUGHABLE on a good day and I don't want to go into the rest of it. Ask anyone who has been around, they won't deny the claims or what has went on but some ppl still choose to play their, which is their choice.

What I find funny is that they've bought/advertised on every last backgammon site I know of, from gammonlife to bkgm to scooping up Kit's site to buying URLs but I've never been contacted?? WTH? Maybe the msg on the home page puts them off? Wonder if they ever read anything... hmmm... just in case, fuck off P65 :)
