In Response To: Neil's errors in OLM play (Jason Lee)

Wow, that's an impressive small numbers of errors in 3 and bit matches.

I have the book, Backgammon with the Giants: Neil Kazaross but thanks to the Internet I have the chance to play OLM matches with Neil nearly every day: with him in the BGO OLM and the Gammonu OLM, and against him in the USBGF OLM. After I choose my move in the BGO and Gammonu OLMs, I compare my plays against Neil's, which is close to doing a rollout with XG but usually with an explanation as to why the best move is the best.

There have been times when I have chosen the right move and Neil has not but I attribute that to the phenomenon of even a stopped clock being right in telling the time two times a day.

Thanks Neil for advancing my understanding of the game.
