Not quite. You are comparing to the "extensive" analysis, which is not especially relevant here. If I uncheck "compared to XG" in my "first pass 3-ply, all differences rolled out with 3-ply" analysis I get a PR 12.62 for Mochy. That means that XG 3-ply would have scored PR 8.65 (close enough to what you wrote). Note that plays that weren't chosen by either XG 3-ply or Mochy weren't rolled out, so relative to the actual best plays according to full 3-ply rollouts, both Mochy's and XG 3-ply's PRs would be higher, if, as I assume, some of those best plays weren't chosen by either XG 3-ply or Mochy.
