The dead doublepoint for Blue is about 39%. Blue will have 20 hits in his next roll (~55,6%). If Blue were able to win this game for sure, he would be supposed to double, and White would have a big take, since her dead takepoint is about 30%.

Unfortunately, Blue can't be confident that he will win this game for sure. After a hit he might lose nonetheless. Or he can't hit, but he can save the gammon.

Although I'm not sure about this problem, I'm inclined to double here. White will definitely have a take, of coure.
