Exceptional Players not included in the Candidates Lists

The list has not included many exceptional players from outside the USA, who have demonstrably excellent performance from recorded live PRs (frequently backed up by online PRs), and significant tournament successes in many cases:

Zdeněk Žižka (4.06) Czech Republic

Michel Lamote (4.96) Belgium

Peter Friberg (4.40) Denmark

Michael Weile (4.56) Denmark

Jess Danielsen (4.57) Denmark

Peter Michael Bosse (4.94) Denmark

Amir Eshraghi (4.07) Iran

Kamyar Karimi (4.25) Iran

Aref Alipour (4.60) Iran

Roohollah Amiri Andy(5.17) Iran

Junichi Tanaka (4.54) Japan

Simon Barget (3.97) United Kingdom

Sebastian Wilkinson (4.63) United Kingdom

Tim Cross (4.87) United Kingdom

Jon Barnes (5.14) United Kingdom

In my opinion, the above listed players are in all likelihood equal or superior to half the players listed as possible candidates on the ballot paper, in terms of playing ability, although they may not be as popular or as well known. One significant pattern emerges I think. A very talented group of players has emerged from Iran in the last few years which seemingly has not been registered by the compilers of the list of possible candidates.
