Exceptional Players not included in the Candidates Lists

In Response To: Exceptional Players not included in the Candidates Lists (Rick Janowski)

It is obvious that A PR5 player who plays 40 worldwide tournaments a year will be more well known than a PR3.5 player who plays in 5 a year. It is a reasonable debate which of these two should be near top of giants list but I know which I would put my money on in a match
