Exceptional Players not included in the Candidates Lists

In Response To: Exceptional Players not included in the Candidates Lists (Dorn Bishop)

Any player with an established PR of 3.5 over 300 experience points against any giant with over 5 PR over again more than 300 experience points. I said it as an opinion rather than a challenge and yes if it were over a significant number of matches I would back my player, I havent that much interest in putting up a big stake on a bet I only consider I have a 51.5% to 48.5% edge.
