Yes of course. Not all literature is written in English. The developers of the first commercial bots were Norwegian and German.

Authors from English speaking countries have an advantage because their works are suitable for the international market without the need for translation. Things have moved on since the pre-bot years of the 80s and 90s were USA dominated the intellectual backgammon world.

Why is this issue relevant in any case, as the American players listed only a small proportion are significant authors? What will you propose next, the number of BGOnline posts from different countries.

USA has less than 5% of the World population. Please try to demonstrate why 35% is justified rather than search for tiny flaws.
