Suppose the following are skill levels for four players. A: PR = 2, B: Pr = 6, C: Pr = 30 D: PR = 34

The technique of converting to Elo difference gives same win probability for A vs B as it does for C vs D. My guess though is that the win % is better for A than it is for C.
