Yes, I've done it before. Did it the last tournament I was at. Told them the roll didn't count that they had to hit their clock. It was in a situation where it didn't matter, me closed out and them free to roam. I imagine someone could get their shorts in a wedgie if I was closed out and they were behind some sort of prime and rolled a good number but tough shit, learn to hit your clock and wait for me to hit mine before proceeding.
