In Response To: Slightly different situation (Barry Silliman)

"Is it my turn?" About 2 seconds, should be OK in this situation. I don't get this absolute silence during your opponent's turn - this is not meant to hinder but to help the smooth running of the match. If my opponent does not like being asked, he can say so and it won't happen again.
