I'm not big on tempo hits OTB, perhaps I should give them more attention. I would probably have played 13/9 6/5 or maybe simply 13/8.

Here, we are obviously happy with the tempo hit after the nine rolls that combine 6, 5 and 4.

On 11 rolls containing 1x, we get a man sent back if we have hit loose, so we are sad.

On the remaining 16 rolls containing 2x or 3x, we generally seem be better off having hit.

It looks to me like the hitting happiness outweighs the sadness, so 6/1* it is.
