I appreciate your candor and sense no motive other than objective appraisal on your part.

I've found that with pip-counting, it seems very logical and interesting when I write about it (after I've gotten fast with a system). On the other hand, when I read someone else's approach to pip-counting, it takes me a while, if I ever do, to see what all the excitement is about. :)

I liked your change of "Count" to an "Court" in the subject header -- almost missed it.
