eXtreme Gammon and GammonSite payments

After 4.5 year of only accepting payment via PayPal, we switched back to also accept credit cards directly.

PayPal policy to force user to create an account to pay using Credit card was clearly an issue for many players outside the US (and i suspect that policy will be rolled in the USA eventually). Also PayPal has not be accessible for Turkish players.

We now accept all major Credit Cards (and still accept PayPal payment) via Stripe. the checkout system should also be easier.
