White has the beginnings of a two-way backgame and Blue has nothing. White is going to attack so Blue's first priority, IMO, is shoring up. There are a few ways to do this, but 24/23 does it decently with just half the roll and that leaves the 6 to *start* the outside block with tempo: 16/10*.
