Yes, impressive in chess, but it would lose in our chouette

AlphaZero, or XG, or any other program might be fine in a heads up match against a human, but it would not stand a chance in our Chicago chouette for many reasons:

1. The noise would drive it crazy;

2. It would see positions it has never seen before;

3. It wouldn't catch our cheaters;

4. It would have no defense when the Captain overrules it's suggestions.

and finally,

5. Even if it won it would get stiffed and there's nothing it could do about it.
