Only one of these is obvious to me and presumably everyone else.

Gammon Stop = 23/22 6/3

After that knowing this is a four score thing I'm cheating and trying to figure out which category making the 5pt, hitting 13/12* and covering 6/3, and hitting both 13/12* 13/10* come in. It seems out of these the most clear is where we don't worry about our own gammon or backgammon losses...

DMP = 13/12*, 13/10*

Now we have two plays left and two scores. Since we're backed into this corner one play seems more gammon go than the other.

Gammon Go = 8/5* 6/5

Leaving us with ...

Money = 13/12* 6/3

If I did manage to get these right it's only because of the four score hint. If this would have come up OtB the only scores I feel confident I would have been correct is gammon stop and dmp.
