"Rory, surely if a die came fully to rest on a players wrist and he flicked his hand tossing it back across, that wouldn't be valid? If so, how about if it was his palm? "

I have a question as well: if the point to rule for valid was that the die landed on the right side and didn't stop the movement (so still random) what about if someone bounces it many times in the air with the palm then let it land on the board ? It looks to me that it should be valid as well, it didn't stop moving.
