Different time controls for players

I think I should make my opinions clear.

1) I am quite opposed to having different delay times for different players.

2) Intermediate events should allow for more delay. Note that in Chicago we played 9 pts in Open and 7 pts in Intermediate. So having Intermediate use 2/15 is no problem.

3) If a side event is clocked or clocks preferred and a Beginner or Intermediate is playing an Open player and wants 15 seconds delay then both players should get 15 seconds delay.
