I don't understand why watching the video is important in this case, both players agreed about the intention. "my opponent, who agrees that I intentionally batted the dice back on the board, says he got 6-6, and its a good roll. I call the director, Rory Pascar, who immediately and emphatically agrees with my opponent."

This fact makes the situation even clearer than the video where we can't see how the die was hit.
