Bob's answer, with the Jacoby Rule, cites a Kauder Paradox position. Without the Jacoby Rule, I think the answer is:

Checkers on (5pt, 2pt) versus (3pt) or (2pt) or (1pt) or (2pt, 1pt) or (1pt, 1pt). Win 52.78%.
