New standard method for resolving 3-way ties on the ABT

This seems like a very fair way to do it, and I think it is great the the USBGF has set a standard so that there is a level playing field for all tournaments. Good job.

If I had been on the committee, however, I would have done my best to influence the rules to be different.

For example, here are some different criteria I would I have recommended:

1. Give the bye to whichever person has given more backgammon lessons to others.

2. Give the bye to the oldest person.

3. Give the bye to the shortest person.
