New standard method for resolving 3-way ties on the ABT

In Response To: New standard method for resolving 3-way ties on the ABT (Rich Munitz)

The to-date standard equitable solution to a three-way tie is absolutely fair in the distribution of prize money. It is not fair in the distribution of ABT points. This is what the USBGF has addressed. Directors remain free to distribute prize money as they wish.
